Was such a great day, so interesting learning about the bees and getting involved in examining the actual hives.

Heather and Harry gave us the most amazing experience! We left feeling educated about the importance of Bees, with a renewed awareness of their importance, and with hands on experience of the the bees life in their hive. Would highly recommend this day out

The Bee School session was very good - everything was well explained and informative for adults as well as for my 9 year old granddaughter, who was a bit apprehensive at the beehive but was given confidence by Heather (?) to hold a bee frame by herself. Also inan excellent setting on a beautiful day!

Excellent activity. Very informative & thought-provoking briefing, followed by a fascinating & very enjoyable ‘hands-on’ session. Very knowledgable guides, great facilities & a stunning location. Excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Great experience, with real hands on interaction with these wonderful little creatures. Learnt a lot & would recommend - enjoy the bee safari & learn how you can make a difference. Pick up your map in the South carpark, take a 10-15 minute walk along the woodland path then enjoy a hot/cold drink as Heather gives an overview of all things bees. Wellies & bee suits on, then a short hilly walk takes you to the hives to meet, learn and interact with the bees - great fun!

After arriving at the Bee School we were given a talk about bees and wasps. Heather did her best to answer any questions that we had. After that we got our suits on and made our way to the hives. I didn't think that this part would be so full on but we got to handle the frames inside the hive. Speaking to the other guests they all really liked the day at Bee 🐝 School.
