The cottage overlooks a row of bins and a derelict farm outhouse and at the back lies totally derelict farm buildings, weeds and a broken down car. The semi detached cottage beside it is surrounded by scaffolding and both are directly on a main road. The cottage inside was fine but with only small windows overlooking the road. The only sitting out area is a metal seat beside the road. A most disappointing stay. No views of the surrounding countryside really as it is low lying. A disastrous location. The hamper contents were mediocre. Avoid. The Steading is up at Ballintagart farm and it has views. The East End Vottage was totally mis-sold.

The Steading accommodation was superb and the breakfast hamper contents delicious. The setting is idyllic and very peaceful. The staff were welcoming and friendly and interesting to see the rest of the site. A wonderful venue for a small wedding or celebration.

We really enjoyed our stay here - it’s peaceful, beautiful views and is very well-equipped, just perfect for a short stay. Lovely welcome and welcome hamper. Great beds and linens. The log fire was also great for cosy evenings.

Lovely accommodation- unfortunately we went while the hotel was closed and the miserable weather meant that we used up the logs on the first day and had to pay £20 to have the log basket topped up. To some extent we were limited on how to spend our time and it was disappointing that we weren’t told the hotel was closed as it had been highly recommended and we were looking forward to seeing it.

We have stayed here before and will definitely be back. The cottage is well equipped and the breakfast hamper is full of wonderful goodies.

We had a wonderful stay at East End Cottage. The welcome hamper was top-notch and packed with gorgeous goodies. The cottage itself was well equipped and lovely, with lots of small details like wood for the fire, decent coffee and milk and butter supplied. We ate at the hotel in the evening and had a gorgeous meal, with fabulous staff.
All in all, a fabulous stay and will definitely go back!

What a beautiful property.
Views are amazing.
Felt to homely soon as you walk in and when you light the fire in the living room it’s even better.
We only used the kitchen to make breakfast from the hamper provided which was great.
We ate at their hotel for dinner- The Grandtully Hotel, just a 5 min drive away and it was amazing!!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the steading at Ballintaggart farm. It was spacious, spotless and so peaceful, with views to die for. The hamper was delicious too.
The only thing that could be improved would be to repair the large potholes on the track up to the farm. The accommodation itself was amazing.

Ballintaggart Farm is absolutely stunning. The house has 5 beautiful rooms and loft area with 4 single beds and cinema projector. Our stay was amazing from start to finish- the staff are fantastic and great communication. Gorgeous welcome basket of soughdough, eggs, bacon, butter, yogurt etc and yummy lemon drizzle cake when we arrived.
