As always the Fishers was fantastic. Lovely room overlooking the courtyard. The star of the show was the buffet breakfast, absolutely delicious. Lots of choice including fresh fruit, cold meat and cheeses. Hot items all very tasty and plenty to choose from.
It would be nice to be offered the dram on arrival instead of having to ask for it. Nice bottle of red wine in our room.

Really good hotel, great location on the main street in Pitlochry and only a few steps from the train station. Room was quite big, clean and had everything you could need. Bathroom could do with a little TLC and shower pressure was rubbish but it's an old building so to be expected. Very attentive, polite staff. Buffet breakfast excellent with everything you could want. Would absolutely recommend and stay agin.

We had a good three night stay and everything was what we expected. The only thing I could say could be improved is certain maintenance jobs in the room. We enjoyed our stay and had dinner two nights in restaurant which was very good. There was a varied menu choice.

Staff helpful and friendly
Evening neal was very nice
Breakfast could have been hotter and fresher
Room small but clean and bright .. no outlook except the roofs and walls also the pigeons and their poop!!!
Sadly a bit noisy too with some sort of generator running intermittently

We did enjoy our two night stay. Hotel above average. At breakfast, there was a great choice. The Dinner Menu I would say was quite limited especially as two of the dishes were not available. I had the Beef Ragu which was really only pasta and plain mince beef, not even in a tomato sauce. Which was flavourless. If visiting Pitlochry again, we would certainly stay here again as its central for shops and restaurants etc.

First impression was that the hotel entrance looked a bit dated and shabby. We arrived a bit early for our check-in but the lady at reception said our room was ready so offered us a welcome drink and the keys to our room. The room was very dated but clean and we had a view of the gardens. Good bathroom with bath and shower, lovely toiletries and fluffy white towels. Large screen TV. Good choice of teas, coffees, and biscuits. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of continental and cooked items. Juices ,tea and coffee. We had a late check-out so had a bit more time to look around the town. It would be nice to visit again in summer when the flowers are in bloom but would hope to have a room in a similar location to the one we had on this visit even although the decor is very dated. I wouldn't say the hotel is four star. Three star at best.

We have been many times over the years and only once did we feel let down. This recent visit was excellent from initial checking in until we left. We had an accessible room which was spacious and very comfortable.
