Staff were lovely, unfortunately afternoon tea was disappointing.

Scones were like rocks

Went for afternoon tea and use of spa facilities wi th a couple of treatments and have to say it was exceptional. Been to a few other spas in the area like Trump and Lochside but Gailes blows them all away.

A long time to wait for service afternoon tea came with no coffee. Had to ask where it was another 5 minutes to wait. Also put in a corner when other tables were available No incentive to return anytime soon. Only joy was young girl Abbie who was attentive to us & very pleasant. An asset to your hotel. Wedding on so felt

Booked afternoon tea for two at the Gailes. We arrived a bit early but this was not a problem. We were looked after very well by all staff. They were courteous and attentive.
Great experience for both my wife and I. It was our wedding anniversary and the afternoon tea was super. Thanks for everything.

Lovely afternoon tea with a friend. Nice decor, lovely staff. Food was lovely. Only downfall was lack of internet connection in the building even when on their wifi so if used again I’d print my voucher.

Got a itison voucher for afternoon tea. Was delicious and plentiful. As we were both driving substituted the Prosecco for soft drinks. 3 sandwiches each, scone with butter, cream and jam. Carrot cake, coffee cake, chocolate cake, macrons, millionaire cake and eclair. Was great value. Also tea and coffee.
