We had a wonderful day at Crieff Hydro. We enjoyed the Victorian Baths with pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and shower, all pristine and immaculately clean. The changing rooms have private cubicles, lockers and hairdryers. Lots of fluffy towels and robes, Arran Aromatics toiletries, and also complimentary tea, coffee, water and fresh fruit. Our treatments (back, neck & shoulder massage and mini facial) exceeded our expectations - both beauty therapists were excellent. We then had a lovely 2 course lunch in the stunning Winter Garden Restaurant. All of the staff members we encountered throughout our day were welcoming, polite and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this voucher deal. We can’t wait to go back!

From booking the spa day to being there on the day the staff at Crieff hydro were fantastic. They were very accommodating when we were trying to book as there was 4 of us with vouchers and we kept getting dates wrong. The Victorian baths was a very pleasant experience. Well looked after facility with tea coffee juice and fruit all complimentary. Well worth the visit. The two course lunch was delicious. Had the choice of starter and main or main and pudding. One of our party was going to be late for her treatment so was able to take her pudding away. Staff in restaurant were very flexible and accommodating. Not to mention friendly. The treatments were fantastic, I almost fell asleep during as I was so relaxed. All in all a fantastic day.

The Crieff Hydro Spa experience was wonderful & the staff had excellent customer service. The Spa Receptionist Lisa was amazingly accommodating & resourceful, as well as organised the timings for the lunch. The Spa therapist Annemarie was incredibly personable and gave highly professional massage / facial service. I would buy the voucher again for my family/ friends & myself again & can't recommend enough. The lunch was par excellence. One of the best steak baguette with frites I have ever had. The summer fruit pudding with elderflower sorbet was a delicious & refreshing. Thank You Crieff Hydro Spa & Terrace Restaurant for an incredible experience.

The hotel, its facilities and the grounds of the hotel are really well looked after and very beautiful. All the staff we encountered on our brief visit, were very helpful and kind.
I had an excellent massage therapist at the salon, for my two 25 minute treatments. She created a wonderfully calming atmosphere and her treatments were excellent; very professional.
However, my sister, whom I had treated to a voucher, had a difficult time at the salon, with a therapist that moaned about her job and complained about the hydro clients, throughout the 50 minutes of treatments! It was a shame for my sister, as she has a stressful home life, with a sick child, and really needed to relax.
The 2 course lunch at The Terrace was delicious and the service was excellent.

The voucher and what is included is excellent value for money, 2 hours in the beautiful Victorian Spa which includes, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming, beautiful showers and lots of complimentary extras. 2 half hour treatments, we went for a facial and back neck and shoulder massage. The therapists were lovely and friendly, and a very nice environment. The food in the brasserie was top class, it wasn’t a set menu and the portions were huge. I had mussels and then beef bourguignon, couldn’t eat it all. Absolutely excellent 👌🏼

Disappointed that my 17.5 year old daughter couldn’t access the Victorian Baths but appreciate there are rules! Spa staff super friendly. Lunch delightful. Nice we walk in the woods too

We arrived and were greeted by the receptionist. She was friendly and took the time to check over our booking and answer our questions. We were able to access the hotels gym facilities then fully relaxed in their super Victorian spa, with pool, heated chairs, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. We were offered hot and cold drinks and snacks during our time and had fluffy robes and slippers to put on.
Our treatments were incredible. The ladies delivering our facials and massages ensured the experience was relaxing and indulgent.
Finally we headed up to the terrace brasserie restaurant where we were surprised to find out we could order anything from the menu (with the exception of their grill and seafood platters) I had their chicken burger and a creme brulee and it was amazing.
The value for money with this voucher was probably one of the best I have got from Itison and would definitely buy again.
