Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct until Mon 22 Dec 2025, 7 days 9am-5pm; subject to availability.
Afternoon tea is served 12:30pm - 3pm.
A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri-Sun bookings; payable directly.
Voucher must be booked at least 7 days in advance and by Mon 1 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Over 16s only.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability
Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
Treatment duration: approx. 50mins.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
