Break the cycle terms and conditions

• You must be available on the 15th August 2021 at 10am for the private motivation session or the 5th September 2021 for the meet & greet. 
• Break The Cycle participation takes place on the 5th September 2021. Full details will be released to the winner.
• Each donation of £5 automatically enters you into the free prize draw to win either: A VIP meet & greet with Sir Chris Hoy or A VIP workout with Mr Motivator.
• This will be administered via Social Bite.
• There is no limit on the number of donations you can make/vouchers you can purchase. For each donation you are entitled to an additional free entry into the prize draw.
• Multiple purchases permitted; if gifting vouchers, it’s up to the individual providing the gift to confirm entry to the prize draw with their recipient. Open to UK residents only.
• Only one promotional code can be used each time and therefore cannot be combined with other offers using promotional code, unless otherwise specified.
• Over 18s only.
• All the money will go to Social Bite’s charity arm.
• One winner for each prize will be selected at random via an automated mechanic.
• The winners will be selected and informed on 5th July.
• Full details of the prize and timings will be confirmed with the winners.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers. Images used for illustrative purposes only.
• All money raised will go to Social Bite’s charity arm –The Social Bite Fund (Charity Number is SC045232). A minimal transaction fee will be deducted at source.
• The promoter is: Social Bite Ltd whose registered Head Office address is: 131 Rose Street, Edinburgh EH2 3DT hereafter referred to as Social Bite.
• itison acts as the mechanic to enter the prize draw, and acts on behalf of partners providing prizes directly (referred to throughout as ‘the host’).
• Employees of itison, Social Bite, their families or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw (including setting up) shall not be permitted to win the prize draw.
• The winners will be selected from the details of vouchers purchased and will be subject to a full background check prior to notification of prize win. The winner will be determined at the absolute discretion of itison.
• itison and Social Bite reserve the right to prohibit the winner taking part in any or all aspects of the prize if itison determines, in its absolute discretion that the winner is not able able to safely participate in the prize.
• itison and Social Bite may require the winners of the promotion to partake in media exposure, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing and publicity without any further reference, payment or other compensation.
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of this event or any act included within the prize draw, refunds will be issued upon request.
• itison and Social Bite reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms & conditions without notice in the event of exceptional circumstances including acts of God, actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event out with Social Bite’s control.
• itison and Social Bite accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant winning or not winning any prize.
• itison and Social Bite accept no responsibility for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant.
• itison and Social Bite’s decision in respect of all matters in relation to the prize draw is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• You are providing your information to itison.com with the express consent that it will be passed to the host to arrange redemption / receipt of prize.
• Details provided are subject to data capture by the host, you may opt out at any time.
• Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions without exception.
• Any information provided will be used in conjunction with itison’s privacy & data protection policy.
