Did not know accommodation would be in the SPA annex a disappointment for someone with mobility issues who had to walk back and forth to main hotel for evening meals.

Very large lovely room. Everything you needed. Unfortunately room right on the roadside of a very busy road. . Very noisy. Did ask for another room but offered another room directly below room we had! No quieter!

Our stay was better than expected The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room large and comfortable. Slept well on large comfortable bed
The breakfast choice was excellent. One of the best we have had. Dinner was also very good !
The only improvement would be a quieter dining area.

The Kingsmills Hotel is a favourite if ours but stay was marred when our special requirements were inot met. The hotel was very busy and when we drew their attention to the failure to meet ours requirements they were unable to do so although made attempts to change things. We were told that our special request which was confirmed iin Itison acknowledgement was not passed on by Itison leading to our dissatisfaction. We had asked for a balcony room upstairs and booked early to achieve this. We have stayed at hotel a number of times and had no problems. Little point in asking for requirements if they are not passed to hotel.
