I booked because I was intrigued by the name. It definitely was hidden. It's a hidden gem. Lovely vintage interior, and our Morning Tea was a new experience for my son and I. The food was very good and we loved the fact that rolls and pastries were warm. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, too. The only fault we could name was that we found it rather chilly in the tearoom. There didn't appear to be any heating and we did see another customer huddled beneath the coat hung on the back of the chair. But we would definitely return.

A pot of tea or coffee or even a free refill would be good. Staff not very attentive. A bit dissappointing.

We were early greeted by the friendly staff who served up a delicious afternoon tea visiting of four kinds of sandwich, scones with jam and cream and a selection of cakes accompanied by a pot of tea. The food was excellent and there was so much we had to get a box to take away what we didn’t eat. A lovely tearoom which shouldn’t remain hidden!

Was the first time I had been to the Hidden Teahouse and it was by far the best I have ever had. The quality of the food and the staff were amazing. Can’t wait to visit again.
