I was celebrating a special birthday along with 13 friends and family. We all had a great time. The staff were efficient and friendly and the service we received was exceptional.

Service was terrible afternoon tea was not great, staff didn’t realise that we got a pot of tea to accompany the food, bread was so dry and cakes were definitely not freshly baked so disappointed

Our server was very attentive throughout our afternoon and made every effort to ensure we had a good time. (Sorry can’t remember her name)

Staff were confused with voucher, dealt with three members before served with our
Prosecco.
Then waitress asked if would like any food, showed her voucher again and she went o speak to another member of staff to confirm.
Eventually arrived and choice was disappointing, scone was dry and tasteless with hardly any filling.

We had a warm welcome. The service was very good. The food was different to a normal afternoon tea- it was very good.

Having booked the afternoon tea in advance things should be fresh!
Wouldn't go for afternoon tea again.
