Baked egg raw & slimey

My daughter & I arrived with an itison voucher to try out this venue ( we have not long moved into city centre).
We were the first customers of the day. We ordered our brunch . My daughters arrived with a raw slimy egg...she had order Sweet potato with baked egg. I called the waitress back & explained about the raw egg, she apologised and took it back. I couldn't understand how or why it arrived at our table raw, as said we were the only ones in at the time so it wasn't as if they were overly busy. When the bill arrived for our Tea & coffee ( we've already paid for the itison voucher) it was tallied up with everything we had , 2 X brunch & 2x drinks with a service charge on top. Personally didn't think it justified paying a service charge but the youngsters couldn't subtract the service charge from the bill.
Lovely surroundings. But wouldn't recommend having food here, it might fair much better sticking to cocktails.

Food was hot, tasty and plentiful. Server very attentive and kept checking we had everything we needed. Very enjoyable.
