Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 24 Jun 2023 until Sat 28 Oct 2023, Sat only 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Fri & 12-19 Aug 2023.
• Voucher must be booked 24 hours in advance and by Fri 13 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Please note that afternoon tea may be served in a different area if the sky bar is booked.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea for two; subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise restaurant at the time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
