Using your gift card

The value of your gift card can be redeemed by booking through itison.com. Gift cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an online order. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at checkout.

Validity & exclusions

Your gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation (the date of dispatch), following which they expire automatically.

Only one gift card can be used per order.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift cards.
