• Voucher is valid 7 days 12 noon – 4pm from 30th Mar until 30th June, 2015; subject to availability
• Group bookings are permitted but are subject to availability
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted

• Vegetarian and/or gluten/wheat free options available; please note that the signature DoubleTree Cookie contains nuts; please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking
• Sparkling wine can be substituted for a soft drink; please note members must be 18+ to enjoy the sparkling wine and may be asked to provide valid ID

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
