Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 July until Fri 30 Sept 2016, 7 days a week 12noon-4pm; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Sept 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your preferred date.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings permitted; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea only, menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Please note the Signature DoubleTree Cookie contains nuts.
• Buck's fizz cocktail or a 125ml glass of sparkling wine can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. Vouchers shown on smart phones will not be accepted
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
