• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 - 22 Mar and 10 - 13 Apr 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 1: Master room available.
• Options 2 and 3: Grand master room available.
• Upgrade to a four poster bedroom for a supplementary charge of £40 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £50 dinner allowance from menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted; 0-2yrs go free, 3-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £25 per child per night; payable directly to the hotel.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss on booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
