  • Spanish charcuterie slate with Serrano ham, Salchichón and chorizo
  • Chicken liver mousse with spiced tomato chutney, rose wine jelly and toasted brioche  
  • Heritage tomato and buffalo mozzarella with watermelon, fresh mint and balsamic

Mains 

  • Cumbrian chicken Kiev with pea, mint and gem salad, black aioli and charred lemon
  • Poached salmon with new potatoes, watercress, shallot and hollandaise sauce
  • Grilled chicken breast with seasonal greens and garlic butter
  • Linguini arrabiata with buffalo mozzarella, baby vine plum tomato, red chilli and basil

Desserts

  • Excludes Fridays - Sundays.
  • Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 6 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
  • 2 course lunch served between 12noon - 2.30pm or 5.30pm - 7pm.
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
  • Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
  • Option 1: max of 4 vouchers per person.
  • Option 2: max of 2 voucher per person.
  • Over 16’s only.
  • Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
  • Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
  • Treatment duration: approx 30 mins; salt scrub treatment is approx. 25 mins.
  • Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
  • Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
  • Prix Fixe menu only; choose a starter and main or main and dessert each. Menu is subject to seasonal change.
  • A supplementary charge of £8 is required per person for steak frites; payable directly to restaurant.
  • Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
