Small print

• Voucher is valid from 14th Sep until 30th Oct, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 2nd Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Upgrade to a superior room for £25 per room per night; subject to availability. Please discuss and pay directly to the hotel at time of booking.
• Children are permitted at the following rates: under 8 free, meals charged accordingly; 8 years plus £50 B&B (sleeping in a foldaway bed). If own room required, they will be charged the normal rate.
• Pets permitted at no additional charge – please arrange with the hotel at the time of booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
