• Option 1 voucher is valid until Fri 28 Jul 2017, Fri - Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Thur and 16 - 18 Jun 2017.
• Option 2 voucher is valid until Mon 24 Jul 2017, Mon - Thur only; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sun and 19 - 22 Jun 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Jul 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.  
• Apartment has two double bedrooms.
• Parking available; two private parking spaces included with apartment.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Access to the penthouse apartment is via the original main entrance of Knowehead House.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
