• Voucher is valid for departing flights on Thu 30 Nov 2023 only; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-refundable once booked with World Choice Sports.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note transfers from the airport to your hotel and to the stadium are not included.
• Flights:
• Depart: Flights depart on Thu 30 Nov 2023 at 8am, arriving at 1pm.
• Return: Flights depart on Fri 1 Dec 2023 at 3pm, arriving at 4pm.
• All flights include small hand luggage of 45 x 36 x 20 cm (including any handles or wheels). Hold luggage is available as an upgrade; payable directly.
• You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own worldwide travel insurance to cover you in the event of medical emergencies, flight delays etc.
• You can select seats together if flying with friends; arrange with World Choice Sports.
• Flight times are subject to change.
• Hotel / tickets:
• Includes a main stand ticket to see Aberdeen FC vs HJK Helsinki in the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thu 30 Nov 2023. Kick off is at 5.45pm. Includes a 3 course dinner in the Restaurant Bistro Manu & Hotel Presidentti 3 hours before the match starts. You'll then be transported from the restaurant to the Bolt Arena 45 min before the match kicks off, where you'll be greeted by the Helsinki team.
• Includes an overnight stay in Hotel Haaga Central Park.
• Single occupancy rooms available on request for a supplement; please contact World Choice Sports in advance of purchase to obtain correct price.
• Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.
• Breakfast is not included.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
