• Option 1: 
• Voucher is valid until Sun 1 Oct 2023, 7 days 6pm - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Sept 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Option 2:
• Voucher is valid until Sun 1 Oct 2023, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays & 27-28 Aug 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Sept 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard twin/double loch or garden view room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room - £15, Earn Suite - £20;payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• General: 
• Includes a glass of fizz each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Includes a 6 course tasting menu; subject to change, menu changes weekly. Please note there are no vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available. Max 2 vouchers per table. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
