• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 May 2016 until Fri 8 Jul 2016, Sun – Fri 9am until 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Please note Sunday availability is limited.
• Duration approx. 2 hrs.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Jun 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Min age 7 yrs; children under 10 to be accompanied by an adult over 16 years.
• Max of 10 people per group. 
• Min height: 145cm.
• Max weight: 19 stone.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with Action Glen at time of booking.
• This is an outdoor activity, please dress appropriately with warm clothes including long trousers and sturdy outdoor shoes; shorts are not permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
