• Option 1: Voucher is valid until Sun 31 May 2020, 7 days, 10am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days, 10am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required for adoption packs. Voucher must be booked by Sun 31 May 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Adoption package includes a cuddly toy, adoption certificate, animal fact sheet, car sticker and invitations to bi-annual events.
• Option 1: Family pass valid for one day only.
• Option 2: Family pass valid for one year.
• Family pass is valid for 12 months from the day the aquarium re-opens to the public.
• Suitable for all ages; children are classed as ages 3 – 15yrs and children ages 2yrs and under go free.
• Two adults and two children are permitted per family pass; unlimited people can be purchased in addition to the voucher.
• Wheelchair access is unavailable.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• As this item is made to order it is non-refundable and we would encourage you to check your goods upon receipt.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
