Small print

• Voucher is valid until 31st July 2015, 7 days, 10am-5pm (last admission 4:30pm); subject to availability.
• Excludes 30th July.
• Max 2 vouchers per person.
• Free for under 5's. Children between 5 and 16 can be added for an extra £5pp, please pay directly to Balmoral.
• Family ticket includes 2 adults and up to 4 children.
• Tickets include parking, access to the formal and vegetable gardens, the exhibitions in the stable area and largest room in the castle, the Ballroom and the audio handset tour.  Please note that all other rooms within the castle are not available to the public as these are the Queen's private rooms.
• Wheelchair access. Ramped access to all exhibitions plus disabled parking. Please drive to the ticket office and enquire.
• The audio tour is only available for admissions before 4.30 p.m.  A deposit of £5.00 per handset is required, with a full refund given when the handset is handed in at the Carriage Hall Exhibition at the end of the tour.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
