• Voucher is valid from Tue 26 Sep 2017 until Mon 22 Jan 2018, 7 days, 9am - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24, 25 Dec 2017 and 1, 2 Jan 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes afternoon tea inc a selection of scones, sandwiches and cupcakes with tea or coffee; vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins.
• Includes access to spa facilities: sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool, gym, relaxation room.
• A supplementary charge applies for a spa bag which includes a robe, towel and slippers; payable directly to the spa. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
