• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Tue 3.30pm – 8.30pm, Wed – Thur 9.30am – 8.30pm and Fri – Sat 9.30am – 6.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays – Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2: treatment duration: approx. 60mins for neck and decolletage treatment and 90mins for luxury facial.
• Option 3: treatment duration: approx. 90mins.
• Treatments are recommended for all skin types except those with active breakouts or men with heavy facial hair.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
