• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2016, 7 days 10am-4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher is redeemable for full day hire.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked, vouchers are non-refundable.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Family ticket is valid for two adults for E Fat Bikes and two children for Junior Bikes only. Junior bikes are not electric. 
• Juniors are aged 5-15 years old or to fit 26” wheel bike or smaller.
• You should have a moderate level of fitness and be able to ride a bike to take part. Adult E Fat Bike weight restriction of 100kg applies. 
• All hire bikes are insured for accidental damage, theft and public liability. A £50 excess applies to theft or damage. Please bring proof of ID with you on the day for insurance.
• You should wear suitable clothing for biking and dress for weather conditions.
• Bike hire includes helmets, lock and tool kit.
• Meeting point: Station Square, Ballater.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
