- Pan de ajo y aceitunas alinadas - bread baked with garlic butter and a bowl of marinated Spanish olives
- Queso de cabra al horno - grilled round of goats’ cheese topped with cranberry and orange compote
- Fabada Andaluza - Brindisa Parilla chorizo and Scottish black pudding in a traditional bean and tomato stew
- Pato confitado - confit duck leg with plum and orange sauce
- Verduras de invierno - roasted butternut squash and parsnips with Scottish honey, cinnamon and toasted almonds
- Bacalo en Papillote - North Atlantic cod cooked in parchment with smoked paprika, garlic and lemon
- Brownie de chocolate - rich chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and vanilla cream

- Gambas y Romesco - skewered king prawns marinated in paprika and garlic with Romesco sauce

- Tajine de cordero - tajine of lamb shoulder, slow-cooked with piementon dulce, cumin, tomatoes, cinnamon, honey, sultanas and apricots
- Cauliflower sharma - lightly charred cauliflower flavoured with cumin, cinnamon, sumac, cardamom, garlic and coriander with tahina sauce
