- Pan de ajo y aceitunas alinadas - bread baked with garlic butter and a bowl of marinated Spanish olives
- Queso de cabra al horno - grilled round of goats’ cheese topped with cranberry and orange compote
- Salmón al horno - baked fillet of Scottish salmon with a garlic, herb and Brindisa Parilla chorizo crust served with cauliflower purée
- Ensalada Andaluza - salad of asparagus tips, artichokes and sun blush tomatoes with sweet hinamin dressing
- Chorizo y Butifarra Negra - sautéed chorizo sausage and black pudding in spicy tomato sauce
- Pinchitos de pollo - chicken and red pepper skewers marinated with smoked paprika and cumin served with soured cream
