• Vouchers are valid from Mon 1 May 2023 until Tue 30 May 2023.
• Excludes 19 - 20 & 26 May 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Options for Sun - Thu, Fri and Sat stays can be viewed at check-out. Please note that Sat stays are for 2 nights only.
• Stays are subject to availability.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard double OR superior double room.
• Please note, due to refurbishments of the Breakfast Room, breakfast bags will be delivered to room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children permitted; max of 2 people per room. Please discuss directly.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
