• Voucher is valid until 31st March 2015, Mon, Tues & Fri 9am-5pm, Wed & Thurs 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-4pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 9th March 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max of 4 per person.
• Hot stone massage appointment will take approx 45 mins, Shrinking Violet body wrap/microdermabrasion facial will take approx 1hr 30mins. 
• Over 16's only. 
• Group bookings are not permitted. 
• Sorry, treatments are not suitable for those who are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from cancer or those in remission. Hot stone massage is also not suitable for those who suffer from skin diseases, those who have had recent surgery, diabetics, heart disease and some skin conditions will also be unsuitable. Shrinking Violet wrap and Caci Crystal Free Microdermabrasion may be unsuitable for those with pacemakers, open wounds, swelling/bruising, asthmatic, claustrophobic, soya bean intolerant, suffering from thyroid problems or have had surgery in the past 12 months. Please discuss any further health queries direct with Cloud Nine Beauty at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
