Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Mar 2024 until Fri 28 Jun 2024, Mon - Fri 10am; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 29 Mar - 14 Apr, 6-7 and 24-27 May 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 3+. 
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Option 1: Max of 4 people permitted. Smaller parties may be combined with other groups.
• Option 2: Private session with 4 people.
• Experiences will go ahead except in extreme cases where high winds may cause safety concerns, in these cases Coull Alpacas will call you to re-schedule no less than 90mins prior to the trek.
• The alpacas are happy to walk out in the rain, so please ensure you bring a rain coat.  
• Please note all children (under the age of 16) must be accompanied by an adult at all times and share an adjoining lead on walks.
• Please note as the alpaca are based in a woodland the ground can have roots, rocks etc so expect some rough terrain and wear appropriate footwear.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
