Small print

• Voucher is valid on Thurs 10 Dec 2015; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 3 Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Starts at 7pm for drinks reception, dinner is served at 7.30pm.
• Evening will end approx 12 midnight.
• Over 18's only.
• Dress code smart/party wear.
• Seating will be grouped in tables of 10.
• Dietary requirements can be catered for, please discuss when booking. 
• Members can upgrade to include an overnight stay for £50 B&B single occupancy or £60 B&B double occupancy, please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is non transferable, non refundable outwith 14 day period unless event is cancelled
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment,  vouchers shown on smart phones will not be accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
