• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 21 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan and 2 - 5 Apr 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise when booking. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Free parking available on site.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Children up to 3 years stay free. For children aged 3-12 years, an upgrade to a large family room is required; supplementary charge of £10 per child.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
