Great base for exploring Fife

Lovely small hotel close to beaches and just 10/11 miles from St Andrews. Dog-friendly, and the staff were excellent, made us feel very welcome. Food was also excellent in the award-winning restaurant. Only downside was the hotel was literally right on the busy A915 so just be careful if you’re a dog-owner walking down to the nearby woodland walk/beach as you have to walk right next to the road for approx 200 metres.
