Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Sept 2018, 7 days, 9am – 7pm (weather dependent); subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins. 
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins.
• 15min pre-flight briefing will take place before sessions start; takes place prior to scheduled start time.
• Suitable for ages 14+; please note if you would like to fly the plane you must be 16+
• Max of 1 person and pilot per activity.
• No medical examination required; members must self certify they are fit to fly. Please note some medical conditions e.g. epilepsy may restrict flying lessons; please discuss directly with North East Flying Club.
• Weather appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended; heels are not permitted.
• Max weight: 18.5 stone.
• Max height: 6ft 6"; for those who are taller please contact North East Flying Club.
• 12 month membership starts when your lesson is booked. Includes access to book further lessons and experiences at a discounted rate; please discuss directly with the venue.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
