• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Mon 9am - 5pm, Tue - Thu 9am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Sundays, 1-31 December 2021 and 1-6 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• 3D-HydrO2 facial options: treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers/those in remission or for those undergoing health issues. Please discuss directly with the salon.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: treatment duration approx. 30 mins. Options 2 & 3: treatment duration approx. 60 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
