• Voucher is valid until Thur 29 Mar 2018; subject to availability.
• Option 1 and 2 voucher is valid Sun – Thur; excludes Friday and Saturday.
• Option 3 and 4 voucher is valid 7 days.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2017 – 1 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel upon check-in.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 4 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each; menu can viewed here; subject to change. Supplements may apply to certain dishes. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 2 and under stay free, ages 3-14 require a supplementary charge of £20 for an extra bed; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
