• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Nov 2023 until Fri 26 Apr 2024, Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat-Sun, 24-25, 31 Dec 2023 & 1 Jan 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• No minimum age for treatment. Please discuss directly for under 18s.
• Treatment duration: 45 - 60 mins.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
