Small print

• Voucher valid until 9 Jun 2016, Mon - Thur; subject to availability. 
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• Voucher must be booked by 13 May 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. (We don’t want you to miss out!)
• One voucher per member but multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• £200 refundable deposit is to be paid when booking Big Wooden House. The full amount will be refunded to you when you leave, less the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am.
• Children are included in body allocation.
• Big Wooden House has a dining room, living room, dining kitchen, 3 double rooms, 1 family room, 1 twin room and 2 bathrooms.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Gas / electricity / linen / towels – all included.
• No same sex groups such as stag and hen parties without prior consent. 
• Dogs welcome free of charge, max 1. Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms and must be kept off the furniture and have their own bed and blanket. Woopsie bags must be used when taking dogs out. 
• Free onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
