You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Treatments can be tailored for expectant mothers who are past their first trimester of pregnancy.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Includes access to the facilities for up to 30 mins before or after your treatments. An upgrade to 60 mins is available for a supplementary charge of £5pp; payable directly.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
