Small print

• 1x float: Valid until Tue 31 Oct 2023. 
• 2x float: Valid until Wed 31 Jan 2024.
• 3x float: Valid until Tue 30 Apr 2024.
• General: Vouchers must be booked by Tue 24 Oct 2023. (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Valid times: Mon 1:30pm - 9:30pm, Tue 3:30pm - 9:30pm, Wed - Fri 9:30am  - 10pm and Sat - Sun, 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. You may reschedule within 24 hours of your booking for a £9.99 rescheduling fee.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Flotation tanks can accommodate one person at a time. Two tanks are available at this venue.
• Options 2 & 3: can be used by one person on multiple visits, or by multiple people on 1 visit. 
• Over 16's only. Under 18's must be supervised by a legal guardian.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• If you are unsure if you can float please check the host FAQ's found here. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
