• 1x float & 2x float options: Valid from Mon 13 May 2024 until Thu 31 Oct 2024, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• 3 x float option: Valid from Mon 13 May 2024 until Fri 20 Dec 2024, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by Thu 17 Oct 2024.
• Valid times: Mon 1:30pm-9:30pm, Tue 3:30pm-9:30pm, Wed-Fri 9:30am-10pm and Sat-Sun 10am-8pm; subject to availability. 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. You may reschedule within 24 hours of your booking for a £9.99 rescheduling fee.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Floatation tanks can accommodate one person at a time. Two tanks are available at this venue.
• Options 2 & 3: can be used by one person on multiple visits, or by multiple people. 
• Over 16's only. Under 18's must be supervised by a legal guardian.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
