Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Aug 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note vouchers are non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Privilege room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white when booking.
• Restaurant and leisure facilities are currently closed due to COVID restrictions. Breakfast is served in room until further notice.  
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child age 14 and under permitted free of charge when sharing a classic room with 2 adults with meals to be paid for as taken; subject to availability.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Free parking available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
