Small print

• Option 1 voucher is valid from Fri 23 Mar 2018 until Fri 29 Jun 2018, on selected Fri only: 23, 30 Mar, 20 Apr, 25 May, 1, 29 Jun 2018, 1pm – 4pm (sitting 1pm); subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays – Thursdays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Sat 24 Mar 2018 until Sat 30 Jun 2018, on selected Sat only: 24, 31 Mar, 14, 21 Apr, 5 May, 2, 30 Jun 2018, 12noon – 5.3pm (sittings 12noon - 2pm or 3pm - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Fridays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only; valid ID will be required.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise Platform 1 at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Includes 1 x hot beverage per person; no specialist teas available.
• Duration: approx. 2 hours upstairs on the bus; members can go downstairs to sit with drinks within the bar area.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
