Voucher is valid until Fri 28 Jun 2019; Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatment may be suitable for cancer sufferers; please discuss directly with the dental surgery prior to booking.

Teeth whitening will only work on natural teeth and will not work on dentures, veneers, crowns, bridges, fillings or teeth with braces on.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with the dental surgery.

Option 1: First appointment lasts approx. 45 mins and includes initial consultation and impressions for custom trays; second appointment lasts approx. 20 mins and includes tray fitting, whitening products and aftercare.

Option 2: First appointment lasts approx. 1 hr and includes initial consultations, 3D intra-oral scan and discussion and impressions for custom trays; second appointment lasts approx. 20 mins and includes tray fitting, whitening products and aftercare. Please note that X-Rays may be required and a treatment plan made but will not be chargeable. 

Option 3: First appointment lasts approx. 1hr 15 mins and includes dental implant consultation, 3D x-ray of jaw, initial consultation for teeth whitening and impressions for custom trays; second appointment lasts approx. 20 mins and includes tray fitting, whitening products and aftercare.

Custom teeth whitening trays should be used for 14 consecutive nights.

There may be further appointments required if agreed between yourself and the dentist.

Treatment benefit length will be discussed as part of your second appointment.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
