• Voucher is valid until Sun 4 Mar 2018, Mon 8am - 8pm, Tue 9.30am - 6pm, Wed 9.30am - 7pm, Thur 9.30am - 9pm, Fri 9am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 5.30pm and Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan 2018.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Max of 2 per group.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Total treatment duration: 90mins.
• Manicure and pedicure can last up to 1 week depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Deal is valid for a fully qualified therapist.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
