Choice of massages
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of relaxing, rebalancing and re-energising hands-on healing practiced for over 4000 years. During your treatment the masseuse works their palms and fingers along the acupuncture meridians and points to stimulate and nourish the energy of the body. Shiatsu can be used to de-stress and relax as well as helping to deal with more serious conditions or issues.
If you fancy a classic massage, go for the Swedish massage, which uses oil and movement to release tension. Try the holistic massage and you’ll enjoy a massage which blends aspects from different styles, helping to rebalance the body’s energy.

- Voucher is valid from 3rd Aug until 2nd Nov, Tues-Fri 10am-7pm; subject to availability.
- Appointments must be booked by 19th Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
- Please advise which massage style you would like when booking.
