• Voucher is valid until Tue 28 Feb 2023, Mon - Wed 10am - 7pm, Thu 10am - 8pm and Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Please note there is limited availability on Sundays so book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 1 - 2 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 8 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Treatments can be tailored for expectant mothers who are past their first trimester of pregnancy.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Options 1 & 2: Duration approx. 25 mins per treatment.
• Option 3: Duration approx. 1 hour 20 minutes.
• Option 4: Duration approx. 2 hours 25 minutes.
• Includes access to the facilities for up to 30 mins before or after your treatments. An upgrade to 60 mins is available for a supplementary charge of £5pp; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
