While a recent visit to the Sole Bar was a fantastic chance to get some shoddy shoes repaired, it did little to satisfy our need for a decent Sunday lunch.

Soul Bar is a fabulous church conversion at the junction of Union Street and Bon Accord Street. Combining cutting edge décor with original kirk features including stained glass windows and a pulpit, it’s the perfect place to spend your day of rest and indulge in some heavenly eats.
With today’s deal you and a soul-mate can tuck into a starter and main or main course and dessert each choosing from a huge selection of dishes from West Coast mussels and Oriental duck wraps to Soul fish n’ chips and their brand new Sunday roasts including a heather and honey glazed pork fore shank with crackling. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table by our hostess for the time we were there.
Very attentive and helpful. Drinks were served promptly and our food order was taken.
Our food when it arrived was a pleasing sight and hot. We tucked in and it was delicious.
Aftef the meal we were so comfortable and well fed that we probably would have stayed longer but sadly we had another engagement and we left with heavy hearts.
We will definitely be back...
